Retrieving Custom Password on DejaVoo Z11

The default manager password for the DejaVoo Z11 is 1234.

If you have changed your password on your device and cannot remember it, follow the instructions below to retrieve it.

Note – when the original custom password was created, you were required select and answer a security question. You will use that here to retrieve your manager password.

1. From the home screen tap the ☰ icon.
2. Tap RETRIEVE PASSWORD
3. Use the keypad or the on-screen keyboard to input the answer to your previously set up security question
4. Press the GREEN OK key to confirm.
5. The terminal will display the current password for 3 seconds.
