If an accept.blue merchant account is having issues with their deposits seemingly depositing as individual transactions and they are processing these transactions as L2/L3, there may be an issue with the taxable setting.
Ensure that the Tax Rate, %, is set t0 0 – if it is not set to 0, you can toggle the Taxable field to Yes in order to change the value to 0 and then toggling of Taxable to back to No.
