To complete this you must have access to portal.ipospays.com. If you are a merchant and do not have access to this, reach out to Dejavoo, or ISO Representative or current credit card processing provider.
How to Set Up a Dejavoo P5 Pin Pad
First you’ll need to log into portal.ipospays.com and locate the merchant’s account.
> Select the device that the merchant wants the P5 pin pad connected to
> Click on “Edit Param”
> Go to “Integration” tab. In this section you’ll see the heading “Type of Integration”
> Click on Pin pad and select “P5” as the model you wish to add
> Click save, then complete a Param Download on terminal: Pressing the star icon on the bottom of the screen, select “Upgrade App”, and then “Download Parameters”.
> After download is finished a message will appear on the screen advising “This TPN has been enabled for Pin pad”
> Select “Pair Now”
> The IP Address should be displayed and the device will ask to start pairing
> Turn ON your Dejavoo P5 device
> Connect to the same Network/WiFi that the P1 or P3 terminal is connected to
> Click on the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen
> Select Pin pad
> Enter the rest of the IP address (Note only the first six digits will be on the P5 screen and verify they match what is on the terminal. Also the IP address will be groups of 3 with a total of 12 digits, if you see one or two in the boxes on the terminal that means there is going to be one or two zero in front the numbers shown)
> then select Pair on both devices at the same time> Once paired let the P5 download complete
> Pinpad should then display a message on the screen “Listening for transactions”
> Lastly run a test transaction on terminal.
