The steps to Clear Reversal are:
- Tap the 3 horizontal lines on the home screen
- On the Main Menu, tap on the bottom right arrow, which will bring you to 4 options
- Select “Host Utility” option.
- Enter the last 4 of the EPI for the password, press enter
- Select option 5 for Clear Reversal.
Issues associated with the need for Clear Reversal:
- Device repeatedly printing the last transaction decline
- Unable to batch or run a new transaction after rebooting
