Locked EPI

If the EPI is locked either

 

• Call Valor and they can unlock the EPI
  • You will need to provide them with the EPI #
    • Can be found on the device by pressing the star icon then the number 6.
  • Valors support line 800.615.8755

 

• Hard Rest the device that the EPI was originally locked on
