If you have Valor, Pax, or Eqinox you will need to Call or email Executive Support to get those card Numbers.
Email should include a picture of the receipt, transaction amount, date, and the Last 4 numbers. As well as a reason to get the full card numbers i.e. “Forgot to do tip adjust before batching out.” ETA Should be 1-3 day depending on the amount of card numbers.
If you choose to call you will need the transaction amount, date, and the last two of the card number.
ETA – 1-2 hours usually dependent upon hold time.
Once you have those number you will need to call the merchant and have them run a transaction for the tip amount that is associated with the card number.
